Single-origin achaar · पेल्खा
We grew it. Then we told you where.
Mango achaar from our own trees in Pelkha, to Sunita’s recipes — and her India in jars beside it, openly sourced. Every label tells you what we grew, what we bought, and from whom.
What we grew
Raw green mangoes off our own trees in Pelkha, Shamli. If the label says grown, we grew it.
What we sourced
What we buy in, we name exactly — the spice, the oil, the place. Never a vague “select ingredients.”
Whose recipe
Sunita’s, mostly. And where a recipe belongs to another place, we honour it by name — never disguise it.

Sunita’s India
A lifetime of postings, kept in jars.
Sunita gathered recipes across a lifetime as an Army officer’s wife — a pickle from every posting, a chutney from every neighbour. Each one is made true to its place and openly sourced. Borrowed recipes are honoured, never disguised.

“I can’t promise you the cheapest jar. I can promise you it’s the real one — and that we’ll always tell you where it came from.”
The honesty panel
The truth about this jar.
Three rows on every label: what we grew, what we sourced, and what is never in the jar. Transparency you can read in five seconds — warm, human, and checkable.
Every product page carries its own panel. See the mango achaar’s
